The system grew out of real work.
FilBiel Systems did not start as another app idea. It grew from observing everyday maintenance work across grounds, sports facilities, machines and infrastructure.
Filip Bielówka — Creator of FilBiel Systems • Greenkeeper

The idea did not appear in one day
Before FilBiel Systems began, I studied computer graphics. That experience gave me a foundation in visual design and shaped how I think about simplicity, clarity and the appearance of the system.
While working at Hotel Arłamów as a horse-riding instructor, including during the complex’s expansion, I observed the scale of organising a large facility: green areas, sports infrastructure, technical services, inventory, equipment and the work of many different teams.
Later, in greenkeeping, I dealt directly with changing plans, machines, failures, refuelling, inventory, missing coverage, interrupted tasks, multilingual teams, equipment checks and events that changed the priorities of the day.
In many places information still lives on paper, in a message, in a conversation or in one person’s memory. FilBiel Systems grew from the need to connect the plan, people, machines, failures, materials and history in one place.

FilBiel Systems did not come from a theory of management. It came from observing how work is actually done.
Technology should fit the work. Not the other way around.
Start with the real problem
First we understand how the work is actually done. Only then do we look for a technical solution.
Less clicking, more work
Frequent actions should be quick and simple, especially on a phone and in the field.
The system must work where people work
No internet coverage must not stop the job.
Not every facility works the same way
A golf course is the reference point, but the system must be configurable for other facilities.
We do not want to digitise bureaucracy. We want to remove as much of it as possible.
Every facility works a little differently. We want to understand that.
The founder’s experience was the starting point, but FilBiel Systems must not be built for only one way of working. We want to learn from greenkeepers, mechanics, gardeners, technical staff, managers and owners of different facilities.
